*Reservation requests must be made at least 30 days in advance. All requests will be reviewed by church staff.
*Building usage fees can be paid online @ www.fbcmaypearl.com/give or via cash/check to the church office. Please select "Special Offering" and note "Facility Usage" on the memo line if paying online. The church office is open Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5pm (closed 12-1pm) and Fri 8:30am-Noon.

I hereby agree to all reservation policies. I understand that my group is responsible for all cleanup of areas used, including taking any trash to the dumpster. I also understand that my group is liable for any damage done to the facility or equipment. I further understand that no alcohol is allowed on the church property for any reason and the church is a non-smoking and non-vaping facility.
