Our facility is available for birthday parties, baby showers, banquets and other events.

FBC Maypearl Guidelines for Facility Usage
When renting our facility, you agree to the following:
- Normal operating hours are 8am-9pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8am-3pm on Wednesday and 8am-noon on Friday.
- Events scheduled during normal operating hours are $25 per hour (FREE for church members).
- Events scheduled outside of normal operating hours are $50 per hour ($25 per hour for church members). No events may extend past 4pm on Saturdays. No events will be held on Sundays.
- A deposit of $200 will be required for banquets and birthday parties. The deposit will be returned if the building is properly cleaned after the event.
- If you need to use the church audio/video equipment, there will be a fee of $75 per person needed as it can only be operated by qualified church personnel.
- The person or organization making the reservation will be responsible for any damage incurred.
- You will supply your own paper products (cups, plates, napkins, silverware, etc.) and your own coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, etc.
- Kitchen items remain in the kitchen and should not be removed from the kitchen. Any kitchen items used should be washed, dried, and put back where they belong.
- All visible messes and trash need to be cleaned up. Counters, tables and chairs should be wiped down if any residue is left. Floors should be swept if necessary. Trash must be bagged and placed in dumpster on the west side of the building.
- Liability waivers must be completed for any recreational activities.
- Children should be supervised by an adult while in the Church.
